About Beryl
I am a fourth-year Aerospace Engineering student on the dean's honor list. I am completely fluent in French and in English so I can teach in either. I break down the topics into easier steps, making math fun and easy. I can provide you with additional notes and exercises to help you practice. I also teach Singapore math which has a pictorial, abstract approach to problems, building up to rapid problem solving.

I start by breaking down the concept into basics. I try different approaches until my students understand it thoroughly.
Then, we will go through several problems to see how the concept is applied. At every step, if there are any questions or if the understanding of the problem starts to get blurry, we can back up and revisit it.
When I study, I can only solve problems when I understand the "why" behind the steps. That is why I focus understanding, rather than getting the correct answer. This helps to solve any complex problems.
