About Senanur
I graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of American Culture and Literature in 2020. The year I entered the department was 2015. Although I have a bachelor's degree, I am studying Social Media Management at Anadolu University, in order to improve myself under the motto of learning takes a lifetime. My first teaching experience actually started about 12-13 years ago by teaching my friends who could not understand English in middle school. Since I studied in the language class in high school, I also had more friends that I helped. When we came to the university, I was that person who had both good grades and narrator in our study group. At the same time, I have the experience of teaching elementary to high school age groups.

My lessons are mainly directed to American English. I prefer to use not only written sources but preferably both visual and audio sources. I think that a language is gained not only by rules and grammar, but by experience and fun. My most important goal in the teaching process is to make my students familiar with the language. So, in addition to written resources, I will continue my lessons with examples from songs, series, cartoons or movies that are up to date and appropriate to the level. My main goal is to transform this language, which most students think is just a grade, into a hobby for them, and actually teach how much fun it is to understand people of other countries.

Bölümünde de hocaların verdiği sorumlulukları yerine hocaları memnun edecek düzeyde getirmişti. Ders alma konusunda güvenebileceğiniz pozitif bir hoca.
