I love teaching and I adapt my lessons to the student. I can be very academic but in my experiences (also as a student) I think a language have to be learn in a different way. We will speak about our hobbies, we will listen musics because the fact that there is a melody help a lot, and I advice to my students to see movies or series (again the melody of the language is really important).
The student need to enjoy the learning, if he doesn't he will not learn anything. It's why, I like first speak to him and know what he likes in life and then we will read papers about this etc.
Also, for students in middle or high school, the lesson is entirely in french, doesn't matter if he makes mistakes, the important is to try.
I have to specify that my english is not perfect.

I have no car in Cambridge, I can walk if it's close to me (20 minutes by foot), if it's too far you will have to pay for a bus or a uber.
