About Arjun
I have taught students aged 7 to A Level students in the past in maths and all of them grasped a better understanding of what they were struggling with. I teach so that students can not only pass tests with better marks but so they can appreciate the beauty of solving mathematical problems. All my students have improved their grades from where they were. For those studying public exams I have experience with the curriculum and mark schemes on how to teach effectively and for younger students I have the knowledge to set you up to be strong maths students as you progress through school.

I am a second year university dental student and loved studying maths my whole life. I achieved no less than A* grades in maths through school and have completed Kumon mathematics; I know a variety of methods to tackle areas including algebra and trigonometry for older students and can be patient and ease the environment for younger students to learn effectively- I teach all ages up to 16 (GCSE level). Empathy is my way of helping students progress; knowing how they are struggling and feeling when attempting math problems is the best way to help them advance to where they want to be. My lessons will be structured around students, I will set a variety of questions around desired topics and students can work through them with me on a one to one basis enabling a good understanding of methodology and avoiding chance of making and errors.
