Hi I teach one-on-one Alexander Technique lessons from my home in Southfields, London (just opposite the station).

I teach the Alexander Technique.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I found the Technique extremely useful after receiving my first course of lessons in 1998. Since graduating from the Alexander Technique Studio, I have continued to teach at the Studio helping new students to benefit from my knowledge.
I currently hold a Black belt in Judo and also enjoy rock climbing and running, completing the London marathon for charity. In 2004 I completed my Masters degree (MSc) in Medical Science and have worked in Scientific Research within the NHS, Universities and privately funded companies. I am currently on The Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT) Council for promoting Scientific Research for the benefits of the Alexander Technique. I also run an electrical contracting company and understand the applications of the Technique in labour intensive and stressfully demanding jobs.
- How much do you charge?
I charge £45 per lesson, which last about 40 minutes
- Where do you teach?
I have a teaching room in my home in Southfields, Wandsworth. Just opposite Southfields tube station.
- When are you available?
My hours are flexible, but free most evenings and weekends

I have nearly 20 years experience as an Alexander Technique practitioner

I completed my three year training course at the Alexander Technique Studio in Wandsworth, London

- Tell me about some of your current students.
My students come from all walks of life, and from a wide variety of backgrounds and ages. From those who have back pain from bad posture, students who wish to improve their sporting performance, balance and overall health.
