About Ann
Over 25 years working as an IT trainer. I have trained the beast that is Microsoft, Windows, Word, Excel and Access since it's inception - and it's still not going to beat me. Training delivered presently for U3A, on iPads and Android tablets as well as Windows so totally understand the trepidation felt by people for whom this is the first foray into technology (also of that age group myself). Areas worked in previously range from prisons, to hospitals, banks, and councils - you get the idea - I've been around a bit.

My teaching style aligns to the client's needs, I'm not going to show you anything you don't need or won't use. I'm not going to use jargon. I don't assume any foreknowledge and we'll move at your pace. I provide real world examples and exercises to take away and adapt for your own use. A lot of humour always eases things along. I am a 'you do it' rather than 'I'll do it for you' trainer , after all I'm not paid to press the buttons, just to tell you which ones to press!
