About Marcus

I am an amateur MMA fighter with a passion about practical and efficient use of the martial arts. I have trained since I was a teenager and have spent years emphasising and mastering the fundamental elements of martial arts. The barrier to entry for martial arts can be high for beginners, it’s of my interest to reduce that barrier and make martial arts more accessible.

About the lesson

Lessons require a rolling system where something is learnt every lesson and eventually mastered through repetition.
Lessons will mainly be padwork to practise footwork and accurate and efficient striking.
Lessons will last 30 minutes to 1 hour, whichever is more appropriate for your learning.
All students will cover fundamentals and once competent enough learn significantly more complex techniques.
