About Laura
I teach English as a private teacher since 2011. I also worked for language companies where I worked in private colleges in Ile-de-France as well as in several companies to give classes to employees face face to face or in a group. Since 2011, I had more than a hundred students. My students were able to get good grades at school or university, manage meetings at work, and do other activities using the English language. Trust in speaking English is also a top priority !!

Hello, I have given private lessons of English to more than a hundred Parisians for several years face to face and webcam! Graduated from San Francisco State University (2013), I live in France since 2011, and I also have a Master's degree from Paris-Sorbonne University. Born and raised in Los Angeles, I became attached to France: its culture and language since my childhood. In the university, I learned several methods of teaching a foreign language, and I adapt to the specific needs of each of my students. Normally, my adult students want to work on the kind of language they use at work. And, I help my younger students with their work in their English classes at school, high school, or college. With all my students, I emphasize vocabulary development and the comprehensible use of grammar, as well as pronunciation and accent. The topics we are working on interest the student. I also do translation, editing subtitles, and dubbing.
