About Oliver
I have been working as an analyst in a large company abroad for many years and used to tutor myself. Some things I only understood at university, some never... I have two children who I also tutored. Now I want to help others to get rid of the stupid feeling that maybe you are too stupid to understand something. You are not.

My system consists of four levels:
1. Don't explain anything, just listen and ask. It's about motivation and trust.
2. Build scaffolding to work with. These are very basic connections.
3. Explain technical features. What is easy to remember? What mistakes do you keep making and why?
4. Targeted exam preparation with exercises.
You can go a long way in school today by memorizing and reproducing. Then you don't need tutoring either.
But if you can't do that, you have to learn it differently. I want to help with that.
