About Manas
“I’m 17, passionate about fitness, sport & healthy living. I have lots of practical experience training myself, helping friends with workouts, following proper training principles, and I create simple, safe home workout plans. I focus on fitness for students, beginners, and people training at home. I am not a qualified PT yet, but I share safe, effective, easy-to-follow guidance — perfect if you’re just starting out, want to get fitter, stronger, or build good habits.”

my lessons are for beginners especially at whatever age, people who don't feel confident in what they do, or how they look etc. I want to help change people's lives and that starts with you coming on here and finding someone like me to help. I did sports up until college, play football and go to gym and have always looked after my health and trained. The length of lessons will be around 45-1 hour so we can break the lesson up to talk about things that can help you and things that affect you and for breaks as well.
My teaching methodology is simple, get to know who I'm so fortunate to be helping out and go from there to build a form of trust and so it is a safe space.
