I am a holistic therapist specialising in Stress Management. I work with you using Mindfulness to build your resilience to ongoing stress to improve your physical & psychological health. Your wellbeing is at the heart of my work.
- Which subject(s) do you teach?
I coach individuals & groups in Mindfulness based stress reduction, either at your company, my venue or online via Skype.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I am qualified as a trainer in Mindfulness, and a Resilience and Well-Being Coach. Both qualifications are approved by the Complementary Therapists Association. I have been practicing Mindfulness & Meditation personally for many years, & in 2007 started training to deliver Mindfulness. Since then I have continued studying & attending training courses to deepen my knowledge & experience.
- How much do you charge?
Your fee as an individual attending one of my workshops is £75. 1-2-1 coaching is £100 per hour. Contact me for current rates for corporate presentations and coaching. No extra fees for travel within a 10 mile radius.
- Where do you teach?
I organise workshops in the Croxley Green, Rickmansworth, Watford & surrounding areas. 1-2-1 coaching is delivered either at a venue in Croxley Green or - after an initial face to face session - via Skype. I can travel to your corporate or private venue for groups.
- When are you available?
My scheduled workshops are usually held at weekends. For your corporate or private groups, or 1-2-1 coaching I am available Monday to Saturday throughout the year; daytimes & evenings. Times by arrangement.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
I coach adults over the age of 18.
- Describe your arrangements for online tutoring.
I work with you online via Skype, usually after an initial face to face coaching session.
- Do you have a personal message for students?
Mindfulness has been proven to help reduce stress & enable us to deal more easily with difficult thoughts & emotions. It's being used by those who experience anxiety or low moods, as well as people who simply want to clear their minds & enhance creativity. I believe it is an essential skill we can all benefit from in both our personal & professional lives.
- What kind of experience do you have?
My Mindfulness training has taken different forms. I can deliver both introductory workshops or ongoing programmes. I have worked with corporate & private groups, & with individuals on a 1-2-1 basis. I have also delivered Mindfulness training for Mind, the mental health charity. I currently offer a regular local programme of introductory workshops and evening classes in Mindfulness.
