About Shawn
I am a Life Coach with a background in behavioral psychology. I am a certified Life Coach who specializes in anxiety management, health, weight loss and relationship coaching. I believe we have to tap into your innate gifts to discover what we were designed to be. The key is to figure out what it is that you really really want. My approach is to design and create the skills needed to focus on your purpose and support you in taking the necessary actions to achieve your ultimate up-leveling your game!

My teaching approach starts with listening to my students, asking the right questions and facilitating a connection with each student. I partner with my clients and students to create a space for personal development by means of listening, reflecting, honoring and encouraging. I work with the individual pace of each individual student. I encourage student involvement in creating a plan of action while gently assisting them to stay focused and on track.
