About Paula
I have been practicing yoga since 4 years. At the beginning I have treated it as my private passion. I have completed 800h of teacher training, mostly with the motivation of perfecting my own life. Recently I feel more capacity then ever to share my knowledge and experience with others.

I teach two types of yoga. First is Himalayan Hatha Yoga and Prana Kriya Yoga. Both styles originally established by Yogi Ashokananda, who is also my dear teacher.
During teaching I emphasise on relation to the student motivation, abilities and progress. I always set goals and then create the path. Every student is individual to me and I apply teaching for him/her.
