Alice was an invaluable member of staff during her six and a half years at JAGS. Alice is an outstanding teacher: her lessons are meticulously prepared and designed to inspire her students with enthusiasm and confidence. She has an excellent grasp of her subject and her students achieved outstanding results at A level and GCSE. She is quick to analyse their strengths and weaknesses, monitors their progress very effectively and ensures that they achieve the best they can. Her reports are detailed and very well-written. She is always professional and personable and has a strong moral code; she was an excellent role model for our girls. She certainly remains calm under pressure and has a good sense of humour. She was unfailingly punctual and totally reliable. . She works tirelessly to reach the highest standards and always meets deadlines. I recommend her very warmly and without reservation.
