About Mohamed
My name is Mohamed, and I teach Arabic to students who want a clear, structured and practical route into the language.
My aim is to help students build confidence in Arabic step by step - whether they are total beginners, returning learners, or students who want support with reading, grammar, vocabulary, speaking, or understanding texts.
I have a strong personal commitment to Arabic because of its connection to Islamic Studies, which also I study and teach. This gives my teaching a clear purpose: I want students to not only memorise rules, but actually understand how the language works and feel more confident engaging with Arabic texts.
My teaching style focuses on clear explanations, structured lessons via presentations, regular review, applied practice, and making sure each student understands before moving on. I aim to make lessons professional and tailored to the student’s level.
I teach Arabic because I genuinely enjoy helping students make progress on their journey with engaging in Arab culture & history. My goal is to give every student a reliable foundation they can continue building on.

• Approach: I use PowerPoint, which lays out the key content to be covered in structured format. This includes applied learning via going through multiple examples. The class is interactive and student participation is encouraged. At the end of the lesson, the class is summarised and homework is provided. Homework is then reviewed at the start of every class.
• Target audience: I can cater for any level, but predominantly have experience teaching students beyond the initial beginner phase of their Arabic learning (ie. post GCSE level or its equivalent).
• Length: ~1.5 hours
