About Shay
I am a second year at the University of Edinburgh. I sat 2 A.P Spanish exams (equivalent to A levels) in the Unites States where I received top marks. I have tutored kids as young as 3 in Spanish and as old as 18. I can help build vocabulary, explain grammar concepts, and help with reading and writing.

My teaching method differs on the need of the student. If I see a student struggling in vocabulary, I create quizlets for them to practice on (website that allows you to quiz yourself on vocabulary through games and more traditional methods). If a student is struggling with grammar, I explain the concepts in ways tailored to their method of understanding. I can provide websites to help the student practice their Spanish when they are alone as well.
