I met Leandro some time ago, when he was still a student in the technical course in buildings at CEFETES, currently the Federal Institute of Espírito Santo (IFES). I also followed his graduation in Architecture and Urbanism at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). He has always been very dedicated and competent in his areas of expertise.
