About Iván
Hi! First of all let me tell you a little about me, I am a total passionate about architecture, since I was little I always dreamed of being able to help people with this wonderful career. For me to transmit knowledge to generations is the greatest satisfaction I can find. Professionally, I have worked as an architect in all possible design areas, developing from projects of more than 15 thousand square meters to remodeling of spaces smaller than 10 meters. I have worked and learned from the best architects of my city and state, which has complemented my training as a professional; I have also taught as an adjunct teacher at the university that I studied giving advanced project workshops for students from 8 semester onwards.

My methodology is simple, but effective: first we focus on understanding what are the strengths we have as students (each case in particular) Then we detect the gaps in the work method, we focus on the opportunities to offer a work plan where we can develop the particular abilities of each student and we end it with an excellent but concise representation both at the conceptual and architectural level.
