About Mansi
Over the past 16 years, I've immersed myself in the practice and philosophy of yoga. My teaching style blends traditional ancient wisdom with contemporary insights.
Apart from yoga I love barefoot walking, singing, dancing, healthy cooking, and exploring new places, especially ancient and energized ones.

Yoga classes that carry profound ancient wisdom from India for anyone who is willing to enhance the quality of their life.
Customised as per the needs of my students.
It is not a usual yoga class but a holistic practise that works on all 5 layers (Panchkoshas) of our being. It includes:
• Asana (posture),
• Pranayama (breath work),
• Mantra (sound work & affirmations),
• Meditation and
• Yogic Wisdom.
It not only enhances physical health but also promotes mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual growth, leading to a more harmonious and fulfilling life.
A typical class lasts for 1 hour, need to be attended on an empty stomach condition meaning only after a 4 hour gap between a having a full meal, 2.5 hour after having a snack.
I am sharing this out of passion towards well-being & transformation. Looking forward to sharing this possibility with you as well.
