About Keerthana
I hold Masters degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and i hail from a family who are predisposed to Diabetes, Obesity and Cardiovascular diseases. This personal encounter helped me realise the gap the exists among public and right food choice. Therefore, I decided to teach people the right way to diet and keep the body healthy.

Being a graduate of Nutrition and Dietetics, I learnt the significance of diet on health but unfortunately most people get boggled by expensive food groups and small serving size and that includes my dad who is a cardiac patient. Understanding his concerns helped me build the bridge that seperates therotical and practical dieting concerns. So, to all who are interested in investing for the health, Congratulations! You have taken the right decision and if you are confused about the next step, don't worry, I will be there to help you.....
