About Diane
"Tracing the path back to my early days, I remember the scratch of a pen on paper as I first studied the mechanics of language. That initial focus on grammar foundations eventually led to a BA in Languages and becoming a certified examiner.
Since then, 292 students have shared their goals with me over 13 years of active tutoring. Developing a keen ear for pronunciation and accent refinement is a skill I prioritize for every intermediate learner.
Vocabulary building and phrasal verbs form the core of how I prepare students for TOEFL or high stakes interviews. Being analytical ensures that we address the logic behind English sentence structures. There is a distinct joy in watching someone master a difficult presentation during their final test prep. It is satisfying to see the exact moment when the puzzle pieces finally click together for a student."
