About Leigh
I have been on off training since i was nine with multiple tutors including welsh strongman winners. I have practiced calisthenics for three years as of 08/2018. I have had small amount of time as a stage dancer too so if you don't want traditional training I may still be able to accommodate.

I like to get to know the person or people i'll be working with to know if they are determined as well as their strengths and weaknesses as well as what they are looking to achieve from my classes. Then i'll work hard as a strong example and patience is key to teaching well, even when training the body.
