About Ana
My name is Ana and I am an Architectural Designer with an undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley. I grew up in Mendoza, Argentina where I completed my middle through high school studies. I was an international baccalaureate student and graduated top of my class in Spanish and English. I have translated published academic articles and professional websites from Spanish to English and pride myself in being completely bilingual. I LOVE conversation and getting to know people and have taken several language courses myself as I am fascinated by multilingual subjects in our plurilingual society!

After an initial assessment and questionnaire, we will define your short and long-term goals and I will design a series of themed personalized lessons. My strategy involves playing to your strengths and interests to promote a learning path that best suits you. The goal is to provide or enhance basic tools for oral and written communication in Spanish, but also to offer the opportunity to learn about culture!

Ana has made translations of academic articles for our journal (Boletín de Literatura Comparada, at Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, in Argentina).
