About Lauren
With five years experience in art schools from college into university, I have a high understanding of the grading criteria and portfolio expectations for art or design specific courses. From my years in art school I have accumulated a vast knowledge of experimental processes related to art, design and media. I have worked on educational projects with teachers and have often tutored my fellow students on improving their coursework and analysis skills. I have earned top grades in my previous courses for being thorough and experimental, and I am excited to share my knowledge with anyone struggling with their art and design studies.

I believe in a personalised tutoring approach, every session will be catered to the students course and what they need to improve on in order to succeed!
For example;
- a student is struggling solely on the evaluation and analysis of their work and others, I would create lessons specific to this and help improve their communication and evaluation abilities.
- a student is struggling with using experimental techniques and the work load of their course, I would teach them different processes and materials to use whilst coaching them through time management and setting out an achievable plan personal to them and the work they create.
At college, it took me two years to finally finish a project on time! I genuinely understand how difficult it can be to complete every task to a deadline, and will be supportive in helping students with their evolving time management!
Happy to help young students pursuing a career or further education in art and design.
