About Lucia
I always tell my students they are capable of being great artists as if you are curious, you are half way there. Skill and technique come with practice and patience, and my job is to encourage and motivate you with ways to achieve your goals, whether that is how to make a drawing look 3-D, how to unpick & and analyse an Abstract painting or how to develop a strong and interesting idea. My background in teaching and working in the creative industries for brands such as adidas has shown me the importance of this subject and the benefits of pursuing it a a career, as it can lead to so many avenues, it is great to bring your own interests into what you are creating as it only pushes your ideas further.
Finally, I am a positive and approachable teacher who loves to encourage and help you achieve your best!

Not one lesson is the same, I take an experimental approach to teaching, capturing imagination with questions and visual stimuli, to inspire my students in their artworks.
My experience as a teacher spans across 3 years, training at the IOE, UCL, and prior to that I worked in creative production as a producer for clients such as adidas.
I have worked across GCSE and Alevel with students achieving grade A's, and I have loved teaching budding artists and helping them discover their passion for the arts.
