About O’NEAL
I am a mixed media artist with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Sculpture and Art History. My background includes museum and art gallery exhibition preparation.
I offer creative sessions that encourage self-expression, mindfulness, and personal growth. My approach provides a supportive, judgment-free environment where participants can explore emotions, build confidence, and develop healthy creative practices through hands-on artmaking. Whether you’re beginning your creative journey or returning to art after many years, I tailor each session to your interests and experience. No artistic background is required—only a willingness to explore the creative process. I welcome individuals seeking a positive outlet for healing, reflection, and personal development.
