About Ruth
I am a recent Art Therapy MA graduate who graduated from a Fine Art BA in 2013.
Prior to choosing my Fine Art BA at Crawford College of Art and Design, I was also accepted to Cardiff School of Art and Design, and Limerick School of Art and Design, and can support in creating art portfolios for college applications.
Prior to my Fine Art BA I experienced various art portfolio preparation courses, attending two part time portfolio classes, a full-time Art FETAC course, and private classes.
I have years of experience working as an art workshop facilitator at the Lewis Glucksman Gallery, as well as experience of using art therapeutically with groups and one to one through Art Therapy.
I have shown my art in solo and group exhibitions, with pieces printed in books and online magazines.
I continue to love making art; in my spare time I create album art for bands, and I use art as an important step in my creative writing process!
