About Taz
I am a 24-year-old stay-at-home mom at the moment but have had 6 years work experience already. I started working at an accounting firm straight after high school as an articles clerk and worked my way up the ladder mostly as a result of my natural understanding of how the subject works. I was able to become an independent clerk who supervised clerks below me as well. The time I’ve spent training clerks has definitely prepared me for tutoring today! I believe my work experience and the fact that I made it to a junior management role based purely on my understanding of the subject will play a huge part in inspiring and motivating learners and shows that I have the patience and know-how to help.

My goal is to create an understanding of the basics of accounting in a simple easy way. I apply real life scenarios to my teaching which assists in critical thinking. The aim is also to get my students to think logically as I firmly believe that once you have the basics down, you can conquer the accounting field!
