About Geraldine
"Holding an Artist Diploma in Music Performance from Trinity Laban Conservatoire serves as the foundation for my 8 years of teaching. My career shifted from stage and studio work towards full time instruction. I prioritise clarity and technical precision in my demonstrations.
Improvisation and soloing require disciplined study of scales and modes alongside ear training and rhythm guitar. Students rely on me for acoustic technique, chord transitions, and reading both tabs and sheet music. I also teach tuning and maintenance to ensure your gear remains functional. You will find that I keep our sessions practical and musical so your progress remains audible."

"Pacing matters more than speed during our 60 minute guitar sessions, and I provide immediate feedback on your technique. Diagnostic skills check before building the lesson plan is my primary method to ensure we address specific gaps in your playing.
I bring 8 years of experience to every interaction to keep our focus on mechanics and sound. Reading sheet music and mastering rhythm guitar will become second nature as we work together. We will break down complex lead guitar patterns into manageable segments during our time together.
