About Regina
My name is Regina and I am excited to have the opportunity to share my expertise and love for yoga during our classes. As a certified yoga instructor with 12 years of personal practice and five years of teaching, my aim is to assist you in finding inner peace and achieving wellness through yoga.
The breath is central to the practice, in Ashtanga Yoga, Ujjayi (pronounced oo-jai) breath is a fundamental breathing technique used throughout the practice to regulate the nervous system.
The space will provide a tranquil sanctuary where you can escape the busyness of daily life and find solace on the mat. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, my classes are thoughtfully tailored to accommodate all levels. With a focus on individual growth and progress, you'll be encouraged to embrace your unique path with compassion and patience.

I am absolutely delighted to share the transformative practice of Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga with you. My name is Regina, and I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to our classes. As a qualified Yoga teacher with over 12 years of personal experience and five years of teaching, I am dedicated to guiding you on a journey of self-discovery and well-being.
In addition to my extensive experience, I hold a Masters's degree in Traditions of Yoga and Meditation from SOAS, where I delved deep into the rich history and philosophy that underpins this practice. I have studied Sanskrit for over five years. My studies have allowed me to gain a profound appreciation for the ancient wisdom that yoga offers, enriching our classes with a deeper understanding of its profound impact on mind, body, and spirit.
