The lessons focus on technical and tactical relevance and improvement. I like breaking down the sessions to technical work, then tactical and then implementation of what we have covered. I am a firm believer of ultimately the player needs to be able to deliver outside of practice. Therefore, the main focus is to improve the necessary and implement.
