About Vicky
I’m Vicky Carpenter, a South London based qualified teacher, SENDCo, and Autism Advisory Teacher with DBS and over 20 years of experience supporting children with additional needs.
I specialise in early support, working with autistic learners and those with SEND, helping them to make progress not only in literacy, numeracy, and study skills, but also in confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
I also support EHCP applications (IPSEA SEND Law Level 3), and reintegration into schools for students facing barriers to school attendance.

I offer a free 30-minute initial call with parents or carers (a free consultation rather than a free lesson). This gives us time to discuss your child’s needs, check location and availability, and make sure my approach is the right fit.
My approach is structured, supportive, and individualised. I adapt each session to your child’s strengths and interests, helping them feel motivated, understood, and capable.
I’ve supported children in both mainstream and specialist settings, and I work closely with families and schools to create consistency and practical strategies that make a real difference beyond the session itself.
I offer 1:1 tuition in London and online across the UK, alongside parent consultations and school liaison support. My goal is simple: to help each child thrive and succeed in their own way.
I don’t offer free trial lessons.

Perfect! Vicky has been my son’s 1:1 teacher since 2025 and has been absolutely incredible.
