About Catherine
I have baked with my mother since childhood, so I definitely have the required practice needed to teach. I have experience in making everything from sponges and cupcakes to delicious biscuits.
I am a patient and friendly person, and plan to make every lesson fun but educational, helping those I bake with to understand what they are doing but also what impact this will have.

Fun and interactive lessons planned, where you will get to bake and learn about how your actions impact what you create. A variety of baked goods ideas - cookies, cupcakes, sponge cakes, etc - but you will get to put a personal touch into everything you make, and we will plan out the next lesson together to create something unique and exciting!
