With over four years of experience as a private and group dance instructor, studio owner, and certified XPERT instructor, I guide students of all levels—from beginner to advanced—through dynamic lessons that combine exotic tricks, low flow, strength training, and stunning aerial pole techniques. Each class begins with deep, mindful stretches to enhance flexibility and awareness, followed by personalized training tailored to your individual goals. I specialize in splits training, hip mobility, pole flow, seamless transitions, on both static and spinning pole. For those seeking variety, I also offer Lyra and Lollipop sessions. Every lesson is crafted to help you move with intention, express passion through flow, and build powerful confidence from the inside out.
