About Jade
I am a fashion designer with a depth of knowledge in French haute couture, historical sewing, and product development.
I trained in couture design and dressmaking in Paris, and in fashion product development stateside. I have had my designs go down the runway at New York Fashion Week, and currently work with a number of private clients.

In our first lesson (it's FREE!) we will discuss your interests and what you hope to achieve in our sessions. This could be anything from:
- Learning the basics of pattern making, draping, and sewing from scratch.
- Preparing for a fashion degree program.
- Learning to alter or upcycle your own clothes.
-Diving into fashion history and learning historical hand-sewing techniques.
- Learning to illustrate clothing by hand and in Adobe Illustrator.
- How to make tech packs that a factory will understand.
I am able to adapt to your learning style, current level, and objectives. You will receive invaluable information such as supply and book recommendations, individual feedback, and projects you can work on throughout the week.
