Hi, I'm April! I'm a certified Hatha and Somatic Yoga teacher, Ayurveda-Yoga therapist and plant-based chef based in Costa Rica. I help people reconnect to their bodies and feel balanced through yoga, self-care, and healing food. Whether you're looking for gentle movement, personalized wellness support, or nourishing recipes, I offer a calm, supportive space for you to grow. I’m April, an Ayurvedic wellness guide with over 10 years of experience helping people heal naturally. In these 1:1 online sessions, we’ll explore your current imbalances and create a simple, personalized self-care plan using:
Food and digestion guidance based on your dosha
Daily rituals and rhythms to restore energy
Herbal and spice recommendations
Mind-body practices like yoga and breathwork
Lifestyle shifts to reduce stress and inflammation
