I incorporate Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Kriyas to the asana practice. Micro- macro exercise, mantra chanting (if the student is interested in spiritual approach), surya namaskars (Hatha-Ashtanga style) and the session's special theme; that is how my session looks like.
