Hi! I'm Sydur, an IT Support Analyst based in London with hands-on experience working at university IT service desks and a Computer Science BSc. I'm Microsoft certified in Azure and have built real environments from scratch — setting up Entra ID, managing users and security groups, configuring RBAC, and working with core Azure resources.
