About Emily
The main style of contemporary dance I teach is release base technique whilst studying for my degree I was able to partake in main different workshops with professional companies such as Hofesh she hater company, Yasmin Vardimon, Ballet boys and ashram khan I feel these opportunities have helped me to discover my own dance style.
I feel that as a dance teacher not only do I want my students to have a fun enjoyable class I would also like them to find there own dance styles and we do this by using improvisation tasks in class as well as learning a strong technical base.

My Lessons are aimed at primary and secondary school ages and are typically an hour long.I break my lessons down into different segments for example 15 min warm up 15min technical, 25 min routine and a 5 min cool down, this is a flexible lesson plan and I am open to discussing different options with students
