The aim is to understand learners' needs and their preferences in what specifically they would like to learn and improve. Based on this information, the appropriate course and learning process will be formed. Developing as well their communicative skills and attracting attention with different perspectives and methodologies. And last but not least, helping them to implement their knowledge in life.
