I am an experienced coach, having honed my skills through years of playing and leading in various clubs and teams. In addition to being a coach at York Squash Club, I have demonstrated leadership as a Badminton Team Captain at my school, underscoring my deep understanding of the sport and the techniques necessary to excel in it.
My approach to coaching is one that fosters growth, building on your strengths and addressing your weaknesses. Every lesson is tailored to meet your unique needs and aspirations. Whether you are a beginner seeking to understand the basics, or an advanced player aiming to refine your technique, I'm dedicated to helping you achieve your goals.
I emphasise a healthy balance between technical skills and strategic understanding of the game. We'll work on various aspects such as power, accuracy, speed, footwork, and game strategy.
