About Sai
I have been playing badminton for many years and had the privilege of competing for UWE University for 3 seasons, where I won the Western Conference Cup twice. I also represented Avon County, gaining valuable experience at a competitive level. Alongside my work as a full-time waiter, badminton has always been my true passion. Now, I want to share my knowledge, skills, and love for the game with others, whether you are a complete beginner, a student, or someone looking to sharpen your competitive edge. My aim as a coach is simple: to help you enjoy badminton, build confidence, and achieve your goals on court.

Each badminton lesson is designed to give you a personalised and professional coaching experience, whether you are completely new to the sport or looking to take your game to the next level. What you can expect from a session: Warm-Up & Footwork Drills: Build agility, balance, and speed — the foundation of every good player. Technical Skills: Learn and refine grips, strokes, smashes, net shots, and serves with clear step-by-step guidance. Game Strategy: Understand positioning, shot selection, and tactical play to outsmart your opponents. Fitness & Conditioning: Improve stamina, strength, and movement efficiency tailored to badminton. Match Play & Feedback: Apply new skills in real rallies and receive constructive, motivating feedback. Lesson Structure: Individual or group coaching available Tailored programmes for beginners, intermediate, and advanced players Flexible duration (60–90 minutes recommended) Support between sessions with training tips and practice routines My goal is to create a fun, challenging, and supportive environment where you can grow in confidence, develop strong fundamentals, and enjoy every moment on court.
