About Rana
I am a qualified architect and university lecturer with over 10 years of academic and professional experience. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, two Master’s degrees, a Master of Science in architectural engineering and environmental design from Arab Academy for Science and Technology and a Master of Business Administration from University of South Wales and I am currently completing my PhD in Architecture and the Built Environment at the University of Lincoln in the UK, where I also teach and support first-year, last year and postgraduate students. I have previously taught at universities in Egypt, delivering modules such as Architectural Design, Urban Planning, Visual Studies, Building Technology, and Construction. My passion is helping students develop strong design skills, understand complex concepts easily, and achieve high-quality academic work. I love teaching because I truly enjoy guiding students, building their confidence, and supporting their growth step by step.

Perfect! Dr Rana is amazing! she helped me a lot with the parts I was struggling with and showed me new ways of doing things that actually made sense. She explained everything in a really clear way, and I feel like I learned from her without feeling stressed.
