About Michael
Throughout my life the game of basketball has been like a gift - helping improve physical fitness, coordination, situational awareness and mental attitude. It has also helped to make friends and connect where ever I have found myself.
I have trained and played consistently for 23 years throughout Europe and North America - The personal training skills that I try to pass on comes from hundreds of courts, coaches and experiences along side 1,000's of hours individual training - raising my personal game and mental attitude.

Personal Skills Development/training assistant -
Basketball is an activity in which your skills and personal development are based largely on focused personal training alongside playing experience. My focus is individual personal development - helping you to improve the aspect of your game/core skills that you want to see progress in.
Training is entirely dependant on your fitness level, skill level and personal targets - whether were starting from scratch, focusing on a specific aspect of your game or running through a general development session the time spent is focused entirely on your requirements and capabilities.
Sessions always includes a warm-up/cool-down/training discussion/takeaway drills and skills
