About Vassilis
Hello there! :)
I’m Vassilis Lazouras, a freelance bass player from Cyprus. I am currently based in London, UK and after graduating from the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance, I am now working as a professional bass player and musician. Over the last years I have gained experience from gigging in different venues in and outside of the UK, recording and playing with many artists in a variety of different styles.
I’ve been playing the electric bass from a young age. My influences range from Rock and Blues to Soul/R&B, Funk and Jazz.
I strongly believe that the teacher – student relationship is very special as it can greatly influence the motivation, encouragement and the upbringing of a child.
I am happy to teach bass guitar and music theory to students of any age in a very friendly environment and always I try my best to ensure that all the essential musical skills are provided to each student in the best quality possible.
