Hi, my name is Ben I am a freelance musician based in the West Midlands. As a recent graduate from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire I specialise in Jazz Double Bass, but also perform and teach on a wide range of musical instruments.

BMus Hons Degree in Jazz Birmingham Conservatoire,
Foundation Degree in Popular Music RNCM.

- What kind of experience do you have?
I am a tutor on the Jazz programme at the Junior Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. Alongside this I also tutor for the educational outreach programme JazzLines at Town Hall Symphony Hall. I have years of private tuition experience and I have also taught the national curriculum for music in primary schools. Its through this diverse teaching experience that I feel confident in teaching students of all ages and experience.
