• Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

  Beatboxing is a very unique and organic art form and it gives us the freedom to try and produce music of our choice without depending on any instrument. So I saw a video 2 years ago in which a guy was making sounds with his mouth and I found that very interesting so i decided to try it and then I started practicing beatboxing.

• What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

  My motivation comes mostly from my love for music and the feeling of promoting and spreading this art. when I started teaching beatboxing I kept pushing myself to practice more so that I can provide best to my students.

• How does your work help society?

  One of my thoughts behind starting to teach is to support and expand the community of beatboxers. And being a part of it i feel very happy to teach beatboxing to others.


• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

  I started from scratch and learned by trial and error method with the help of my friends. So they are my role models.

• Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

  I like to dance, play guitar and play basketball for fun. I feel amusement in all sport activities and learning about new stuff.

• Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?


  Once I was shooting a video for Instagram with my friend holding the camera. It was a forest like area and I was performing on the side of the road and then a guy came to me and said ‘Are you a Tiktoker?’🤣🤣🤣. We laughed and then I explained him that it is for Instagram reels and not for Tiktok.
