About Flint
My name is Flint, and I've been climbing for about 7 years now. I've learned technique from many people at gyms and from professionals on youtube, but they just give random advice for the given scenario, and I wanted to make all-inclusive climbing lessons. I've had several injuries including micro-tears in my bicep tendons, spraining my finger tendons, and pinching a nerve in my back, and I can show you how to avoid those issues or how to train after an injury.

I've had my fair share of injuries that have caused me to restart my strength training, and I don't want that to happen to you.
