About Moses
My name is Moses and I come from Hong Kong. I have been trained in tennis since I was 7. I am passionate about teaching someone tennis. Tennis is a good sport for personal training in both physical and mentally. This could be increasing self-confidence and resilience, strength and endurance.

The lessons will teach learners from basic. This includes the accurate way of holding a tennis racquet, the steps of swings, tennis ball hitting positions and targets to hit. In addition, learners will learn in advance of hitting skills such as top/ low spins, smash, rally, tactics in the game, etc. This depends on the learning procedures and performance from the learners. Subsequently, learners will be able to play in games with tennis coach and receive feedback for improvement. More importantly, learners are educated to play smart and prevention of injury task. Therefore, Warmup and physical training are required in every lesson.
Learners are encouraged to join the tennis tournament if they have good performance in class. Inquires about tennis practice, booking for class and feedback for class are all welcome.
