About Robert
I’ve been playing guitar since I was 8, completely self-taught. Alongside writing and performing my own music as Bert Ussher, I co-wrote Katy J Pearson’s first album and parts of her second. I love teaching beginners because I know how exciting and daunting those first steps can be. My aim is to make learning guitar fun, creative, and accessible — building confidence while exploring music in a relaxed and informal way
